THE BASELINE

VALD Force Plate Testing
The VALD ForceDecks system measures bilateral strength, power output, rate of force development, and left-right asymmetry with clinical precision. Used by Premier League clubs, NBA teams, and Olympic programmes worldwide. At Myo, it’s your starting point — before a single training session is designed.
What it measures: Jump height and landing mechanics, Single-leg strength and symmetry, Reactive strength index, Isometric strength output.

VO2 Max Testing
VO2 max — your body’s maximum oxygen uptake — is the single most reliable predictor of long-term cardiovascular health and athletic performance. Myo’s VO2 max protocol gives you a precise number, not an estimate from a fitness watch.
What it measures: True aerobic capacity, Training zone precision, Heart rate at lactate threshold, Cardiovascular age vs. chronological age.
WHAT WE BUILD
Strength and Conditioning
Progressive overload programming built around your VALD baseline. Periodised for your sport, goal, or lifestyle. Every session tracked.
Speed and Power Development
Sprint mechanics, reactive strength, and explosive power development. Designed for athletes returning to sport or looking to raise the ceiling on their performance.
Functional Movement Training
Everyday strength, mobility, and movement quality. For people who want to move better, hurt less, and perform longer — in any context.
Injury-Prevention Programming
Load management and corrective exercise built around your asymmetry data. Reduce injury risk before it becomes a problem.

YOUR COACH
Head Coach, Strength and Conditioning.
Pravir leads all strength and conditioning programming at Myo. With a background in functional training and sports rehabilitation, he designs programmes that bridge the gap between clinical physiotherapy and elite performance training. Every session he delivers is informed by your assessment data — not a generic template.
