Clinical, not recreational — every session is designed by a physiotherapist and tailored to your movement findings.
Small groups only — maximum 6 participants per class. You are never anonymous.
Integrated with your physio plan — if you’re in rehab, your Pilates programme complements your physiotherapy protocol.

WHAT WE OFFER
Clinical Rehabilitation Pilates
One-to-one sessions designed in coordination with your physiotherapy programme. Prescribed by Dr. Minash or a senior clinician. Duration: 60 minutes.
Movement Screen
A short movement assessment to understand your baseline — flexibility, control, and any restrictions.
Programme Design
Your Pilates programme is tailored to your screen findings and any existing physiotherapy protocols.
First Session
You begin with foundational movement patterns — breath, spinal articulation, hip mobility, and deep trunk activation.
Progression
Each subsequent session builds on the last. We track what you can do and load progressively from there.
